Impressive last rites were conducted for William T. Harlan, 86, retired coal dealer, Sunday afternoon at the First United Brethren church, of which he was a member. The services were in charge of the Rev. George Anderson, assisted by Rev. Huddleston. Burial was made at oak Hill cemetery. pall bearers were Dan Offutt, Will McDaniel, Frank McNutt, Robert Caldwell, Frank Rogers, and Foster McMasters. Flower bearers were Mrs. D.P. Patterson, Mrs. C. L. Lauthers, Mrs. Earl Grubb, Mrs. Warner Galey, Mrs. Earl Cosby, Mrs. Walter Cunningham, Mrs. Alice Vice, Mrs. Charles Galloway, Mrs. Russell Galloway and Mrs, Carl Risner. Mrs. Ed Line and Mrs. Bert Kneeling sang three sons, "Will There Be Any Stars in My Crown," "Looking This Way," and "Going Down the Valley."
